F.A.S.T. – 24 Heroes in 24 Hours
Join us on July 1st for our first annual F.A.S.T. event! F.A.S.T. (Five Alarm Against Sex Trafficking) is a 24 hour event where participants work together in teams of 2-4 to complete various hero workouts. Every hour on the hour, a new workout will begin.
