In teams of 4:

Task 1 – 100 Calorie Row
– Partner 1 – Row
– Partner 2 – BB Front Rack Hold (155/105)
* Switch each time the bar is dropped.

Task 2 – 150 Wall Ball (20/14)
– Partner 3 – Wall Ball
– Partner 4 – Supinated Bar Hang (Chin-Up Grip)
* Switch each time the person drops from the bar.

Once BOTH pairs have completed their tasks, switch to complete the other task. Score is Total Time for all teammates to complete both tasks.
