Teams of 2, move through the 5 stations for AMRAP:
– 60s KB Swings, 60s Rest
– 60s Push-Ups, 60s Rest
– 60s Box Jump Overs, 60s Rest
– 60s Burpees, 60s Rest
– 60s Anchored Sit-Ups, 60s Rest

* One works for the entire 60s, then rests while partner works for 60s. Cycle through until each partner has completed each station 3 times.
