A. In teams of 3, alternate to complete AMRAP 20:
– 1 – Couplet: 10 Goblet Reverse Lunges + 10 Burpees
– 2 – Plank
– 3 – Bar Hang
* Each team gets 3 stations, 1 work and 2 “rest.” While A completes the couplet, B holds a Plank and C hangs from a Pull-Up bar. When A completes the Burpees, partners tag out and rotate.
