In teams of 2, with 1 working at a time, complete:
– 100 Burpees
– 200 KB Swings
– 300 Air Squats
– 600m Run/Row
– 300 Air Squats
– 200 KB Swings
– 100 Burpees

* Both teammates complete the Run/Row at the same time, but the first one to finish cannot start the Air Squats until their teammate is also done.
