In teams of 5, complete 3 rounds each:
– 30 Calorie Row
– 30 Burpees
– 30 Sit-Ups
– 30 Wall Ball
* Teams get 1 rower and 1 Wall Ball (2 Wall Balls if a mixed male/female team). Establish an order and line up behind the rower, maintaining that order for the entire workout. Athletes may not move to the next station until the athlete in front of them is finished.
