Then…
– “X” Burpee Plate to Overhead (45/25)
* After teams complete each MOVEMENT, they can tally 5 reps under any other team’s name on the whiteboard. This is the number of Burpee Plate to Overhead that team is required to complete after finishing their 2 rounds.
