In teams of 2, with 1 working at a time:
– 100 Burpees
– 100 DB Ground to Overhead
– 100 Box Jump Overs

* Partition reps however you’d like, but the non-working partner must be in the designated “Resting” position for reps to count. Positions:
– Burpees = DB Extended Overhead
– DB G2OH = Hang from Pull-Up Bar
– Box Jump Overs = Plank
