In teams of 2, with 1 working at a time:
– 200 Wall Ball (20/14)
– 600m Overhead Plate Carry (45/25)
– 200 Push-Ups
– 600m Overhead Plate Carry (45/25)
* During Overhead Carry (be nice to plates!), perform 3 Burpees each every time you switch partners or set down the load. Burpees may be completed all at once at the end of the workout.
