A. In teams of 2, for as many reps as possible, 3 times through:
– 60s KB Swings
– 60s Push-Ups
– 60s Box Jump Overs
– 60s Burpees
– 60s Anchored Sit-Ups
* Rest 60s b/w Each Exercise.
* 1 partner works the entire 60s, then rests while the other partner works for 60s. Cycle through (alternating work and rest) until each partner has done each station 3 times.
