– Bent Hollow Hold/Rock x 30s/r
– Farmer Walk x 100m
– Plank x 45s
* Rest 45s between Exercises & Sets

B. In teams of 2, complete 4 Rounds For Time:
– 20 DB Renegade Rows (45s/30s, L + R = 1)
– 400m Run
* Partition reps as you see fit, but stay together on the Run.
