– 1 Arm Farmer Carry x 300’/Arm
* Every 30′ stop and perform 3 One Arm KB Swings.
– 1 Arm Front Rack Carry x 300’/Arm
* Every 30′ stop and perform 3 One Arm Front Rack Squats.
– 1 Arm Overhead Carry x 300’/Arm
* Every 30′ stop and perform 3 One Arm Strict Presses.

B. For Time:
– 25-20-15-10-5 AbMat Sit-Ups
* After every round of AMSU, perform a 200m Run followed by a 100′ Prowler Push.
