– 1 Arm High Pull x 8-12/Arm

B. AMRAP 7, Ascending Ladder:
– 2 Alternating DB Snatch (50/35) + 30 Double Unders
– 4 Alternating DB Snatch (50/35) + 30 Double Unders
– 6 Alternating DB Snatch (50/35) + 30 Double Unders
– Etc.
