A. Alternating every 2m for 18m (3 Sets Each):
– Turkish Get Up x 2/Arm
– Alternating Pistols x 12-20
– L Sit x 45s (Accumulated)

B. Against a 2m running clock:
– 10 Alternating 1 Arm DB Snatches (50/35)
– 10 Box Jump Overs (24/20)
– Max Burpees
* Rest 2m between sets, and do 5 sets total.
