– KB Bottom Up Carry x 50’/Arm
* Rest 45s between Exercises & Sets

B. In teams of 2, alternating full rounds, complete 5 rounds EACH:
– 5 Strict Pull-Ups
– 10 One-Arm DB Snatches (50/35)
– 250m Row
