B. Alternating EMOM 15 (5 Sets Each):
– 15 RKC KB Swings (AHAP)
– 200m Run / 250m Row / 0.25 mile Bike
– 20/10 Pushups

C. Alternating EMOM 6 (3 Sets Each):
– Lean Away Pull-Ups x 3-4 @ 4111
– Bottom Up KB Carry x 25yds/Arm
