– Weighted Pull-Up x 2
– Rest 30s

Immediately into…

Alternating every 90s for 12m (2 Sets Each):
– Wide Grip Pull-Up x 3-6
– Pull-Up x 3-6
– Chin-Up x 3-6
– Mountain Climber Pull-Up x 3-6

B. In teams of 2, alternating full rounds, complete 4 rounds EACH:
– 15 Burpees
– 400m Run / 500m Row / 0.5 mile Bike
