– Hollow Hold/Rock x 30-45s
* Rest 45s b/w Exercises & Sets

B. In teams of 2, alternating full rounds, complete 3 rounds EACH:
– 5 DB Manmakers (45s/30s)
– 300m Run / 400m Row / 0.4 mile Bike
