Choose up to any 3 of the following:

A. 3 Sets:
– Romanian Deadlift x 8
– Swivel Hips x 10

B. 3 Sets:
– Bench Press x 2 > Push-Ups x 15
– Band Pull-Aparts x 20

C. 3 Sets:
– Overhead > Front > Back Squat x 3
– Overgrip Bent Lean x 30s

D. Recovery Row
– between 1K and 5K
– NOT a fast pace! Should be an easy, conversational pace, and 100% unconcerned about time.
