– Strict Chin-Ups x 6-8 @ 2110
– Reverse Snow Angels x 12-15

B. 5 Rounds For Time:
– 400m Run (500m Row)
– 15 Goblet Squats

C. Every 2m for 6m (3 Sets):
– 1 Arm DB Row x 10-12/Arm @ 2110
