– 3 Roll to Candlestick + 6-8 Dips
– Nose to Wall HS Hold x 45-60s
– Hollow Hold/Rock x 45-60s

B. Every 5m for 25m, AMRAP 3:
– 400m Run / 500m Row / 0.6 mile Bike
– Max DB Manmakers (45s/30s)
* Rest 2m and repeat for 5 sets.
