– Tuck/V Up x 15
– Skiers x 15
B. 3-4 Giant Sets, alternating full sets with a partner:
– 8-10 Two Arm DB Rows
– 8-10 Nordic Hamstring Curls (Partner +/- Band)
– 10-15 DB RDLs
