A. Every 2m for 10m (5 Sets):
– 20-22 Walking Lunges
* Compare to 3/29, with the goal to either go heavier or complete the 2 extra reps.

B. Every 3m for 15m (5 Sets):
– Bench Press x 3-5
* Build to 5RM.

C. 3 Sets:
– 1 Arm DB Row x 8-10/Arm @ 2111
– Hollow Hold/Rock x 45s
* Rest 45s b/w Exercises & Sets
