– 10 Pull Throughs + 10 Push Press + 50′ Overhead Carry (Left)
– 10 Pull Throughs + 10 Push Press + 50′ Overhead Carry (Right)
– 10 Halos
– 10 Squat Curls
– 20 Leg Drivers
