Teams of 3 complete 4 Sets each of:
500m Row
3 Rounds:
– 5 Push-Ups
– 10 Box Jumps (24/20)
400m Run

* The workout is divided into 3 Parts: the Row, the Couplet, and the Run. Only 1 teammate can be on any given Part at a time, so they don’t rotate until everyone has finished their Part.
