In Teams of 3, Complete 5 Rounds Each:
– 500m Row
– 25 Goblet Squats
– 5 Wall Climbs
* Each team member starts at a different station, and may not rotate until all team members have completed their reps/row. Use as much weight as possible on the Goblet Squats, but aim to finish in 1.5 – 2 minutes.
