A. Alternating EMOM 15 (5 Sets Each):
– 1 – Turkish Get-Ups x 2 (1/Side)
– 2 – Romanian Deadlift x 6 @ 3011
– 3 – Push-Ups x 10-12 @ 11×1

B. For Time:
Teams of 2 alternate full rounds to complete 5 rounds each:
– 10 Goblet Squats
– 15 RKC KB Swings
– 100m Run

Recommended:
– 11 Commandments of the Gym – Eat to Perform (Lisbeth Darsh)
