– 3 – 6-8/Leg Alternating Pistol Progression

B. Alternating EMOM 24 (6 Sets Each):
– 1 – 200/150m Row
– 2 – 15 RKC KB Swings
– 3 – 10 Thrusters
– 4 – 4-6 Strict Pull-Ups
