A. Alternating Every 2m for 30m (5 Sets Each):
– Deadlift x 6-8
– Turkish Get-Ups x 2/Arm
– Wall Facing Handstand Hold x 45-60s

B. In teams of 2, alternating each MOVEMENT –
AMRAP 10:
– 250m Row
– 30 KB Swings (53/35)
– 10 Stationary Dips or 15 Push-Ups
