– 1 Leg Box Step-Up x 6-8/Leg @ 3111
– Ring Row x 8-10 @ 2111

B. 3 x AMRAP 3, Ladder:
– 1 Thruster (95/65)
– 1 Burpee
– 2 Thrusters
– 2 Burpees, etc.
* Rest 3m b/w AMRAPs
