– 1 – Bulgarian Goat Bag Swings x 10-12 @ 3011
– 2 – Step Ups x 6-8/Leg @ 3111
– 3 – Ring Rows x 8-10 @ 2111

B. 3 x AMRAP 3:
Climb as high as possible through the following ladder (1-2-3-4-5…):
– Thruster (95/65)
– Burpee
Rest 3m between AMRAPs.
