2 rounds of:
– 50′ Front Rack DB Lunge (50s/35s)
– 16 Toes to Bar
– 8 DB Power Clean (50s/35s)
then, 2 rounds of:
– 50′ Front Rack DB Lunge (50s/35s)
– 16 Bar Muscle Ups
– 8 DB Power Clean (50s/35s)
Etc., alternating every 2 rounds between T2B and BMU.
