– Strict Pull-Up x Max Unbroken @ 20×0
– L-Sit x 30-45s (Accumulated)
* Rest 15-20s between Exercises
* Rest 2m between Sets

B. In teams of 2, complete 4 Rounds For Time:
– 20 DB Renegade Rows (45s/30s, L + R = 1)
– 400m Run
* Partition reps as you see fit, but stay together on the Run.
