– Diamonds – Goblet Squats (53/35)
– Spades – KB Swings (53/35)
– Clubs – Burpees
– Jokers – Plank Run (L/R = 1)

* Coach flips over cards 1 at a time. The entire class completes all reps before the coach flips the next card. Score is total time for entire class to complete. Come rep your class!!
