Back Squat
– 1 – 5 reps @ 45-55%
– 2 – 5 reps @ 55-65%
– 3 – 3 reps @ 65-75%
– 4 – 2 reps @ 75-85%
– 5 – 2 reps @ 80-90%

Then, every 2m for 4m (2 Sets):
– Back Squat x 10 @ 70-75%

B. For Time, 21-15-9:
– Power Clean (135/95)
– C2B Pull-Ups
