A. Every 2m for 10m (5 Sets) – Back Squat:
– 1 – 5 reps @ 45-55%
– 2 – 5 reps @ 55-65%
– 3 – 3 reps @ 65-75%
– 4 – 2 reps @ 75-85%
– 5 – 2 reps @ 80-90%
Then, every 2m for 4m (2 Sets):
– Back Squat x 4-5 @ 80-85%
B. 2 Sets, AMRAP 3:
– 10 Ground to Overhead (95/65)
– 10 Overhead Squats (95/65)
– 10 Burpees
* Rest 3m b/w sets, & pick up where you left off.
