A. Every 2m for 10m (5 Sets) – Back Squat:
– 1 – 6 Reps @ 65%
– 2 – 4 Reps @ 75%
– 3 – 2 Reps @ 80%
– 4 – 2 Reps @ 85%
– 5 – 1 Rep @ 90%

Then, Back Squat 1 x Max Unbroken @ 83%
* You are only allowed 1 full breathing cycle at the top of each lift – exhale, inhale, brace, and descend. If more is taken, the set is over.

B. Every 3m for 15m (5 Sets):
– Row 250/200m
– 8 Front Squats (175/115)
– 12 Toes to Bar
