– 3 – 3 reps @ 75%
– 4 – 2 reps @ 85%
– 5 – 2 reps @ 90%
– 6 – 1 rep @ 95%

Rest 2m, then…

Every 3m for 6m (2 Sets):
– Back Squat x 1 @ 101-105%

B. For Time:
– 50-40-30 Wall Ball (20/14)
– 25-20-15 Toes to Bar
