– 5 x 5 @ 31×1, building to a 5RM.

* b/w sets, accumulate 3 sets of:
– Strict Pull/Chin Up x 8-12
– Band Pull Aparts x 25-50

B. Complete:
AMRAP 6:
– 6 Hang Power Cleans (155/105)
– 12 Push Ups
Rest 3 Minutes
Then, complete 2 sets:
– 15 Barbell Curls
– 1 D&B Gun Walk
* Rest as needed b/w sets.
