A. Every 2m for 16m (8 Sets):
– 3 Position Clean
* High Hang, Mid Thigh, Floor
B. In 12m, complete as many ladders as possible from 1-5 reps of Hang Power Clean with approx. 75% of your 1RM Power Clean. Every time the BB hits the floor, do 5 Push-Ups.
* Perform 1 HPC, drop the BB and Rest as needed. Then perform 2 Unbroken HPC, drop the BB and Rest as needed. Then 3 Unbroken HPC, etc. and on up to 5 Unbroken HPC. That is 1 time through the ladder. Upon finishing the ladder, start all over again at 1 HPC. If you drop the BB before you achieve the designated number of reps in a set, you must begin that set over again (i.e. if you drop the bar on your 4th rep in the set of 5, you must begin the set of 5 again from zero).
