– Bent Over 1 Arm Row x 8-10/Arm
* Rest 60s b/w Exercises & Sets

B. AMRAP 10 (@ 115/75):
– Deadlift x 1
– Hang Power Clean x 1
– Front Squat x 1
– Push Press x 1
* Perform 5 Burpees any time the weight SETTLES on the ground.
