– Set 1 – 5 @ 75-80%
– Set 2 – 3 @ 80-85%
– Set 3 – 1 @ 85-90%
– Set 4 – 5 @ 80-85%
– Set 5 – 3 @ 85-90%
– Set 6 – 1 @ 90%+
* Rest a total of 3m between Sets, but do 5 Weighted Dislocates (2.5#) as well.

B. 3 Rounds For Time:
– 20 Calorie Row/Bike (400m Run)
– 20 Box Jumps (24/20)
– 15/10 Strict HSPU
