
Personal Training
Working 1-on-1 with a Coach is the quickest way to the results you want. When you sign up for Personal Training with us, you’re signing up for a unique program written specifically for your goals and current fitness level. Our Coaches will track your progress over the course of your sessions.
60-minute and 30-minute sessions are available.
We recommend you take advantage of at least one Personal Training session per week along with your Group Classes to ensure maximum results.

Individual Program Design
Individual Design (ID) Programs allow members of our team to write programs specific to individuals and their goals, without meeting in person for training sessions.
First, you’ll have an initial consultation and/or assessment with your coach, where you’ll discuss exactly what your goals and priorities are. Your coach will also get a feel for your current fitness and ability levels, and find out what type of fitness/exercise equipment you have access to.
Second, your coach gets to work developing the program based on the items you’ve discussed!
Third, your coach delivers you the program and goes over it with you to ensure understanding and to best set you up for success.
Because ID Programs are written specific to the individuals and their goals, they can vary greatly in their execution. The sky’s the limit, but here are some examples…
- 12 Week Basic Strength/Hypertrophy Program (4-5 Days/Week) for someone with access to a full gym.
- Monthly Functional Fitness-Based Strength & Conditioning Program for someone with access to a full gym. (Renews every month.)
- Zero to One Strict Pull Up Program for someone working out at home with access to a Pull Up Bar and a few Dumbbells.
- Shoulder Mobility Program for someone looking to improve their shoulder mobility.
