15 min AMRAP:
– 5 Burpee Pull-ups*
– 10 Shuttle Runs (1 rep is 50 feet)
*Add 5 Burpee Pull-ups each round
Athletes can choose to complete the workout as written above or to do a scaled version in which the pull-up portion is taken out and athletes jump to a target. We will cover all of this in more detail at the athlete brief which will take place at 5:30pm.
