– Ring Rows x 8-10 @ 2111
– Rest 60s
– Box Jump x 5 (High)
– Rest 60s

B. “RAE TOE”
In Teams of 2, Alternating Full Rounds, AMRAP 20:
– 10 Single Arm KB Deadlifts
– 10 Single Arm KB Push Press
– Single Arm Waiter Carry x 2
* At the top of every 2 minutes, both partners perform 10 Burpees.
